Holidays - Rose

Despite not working this week as I am officially on holidays/ unemployed, I have been so busy. I have spent most part of it washing, packing and rushing to the shops to sort out the last minute things before I jet set off to America. Of course, there has been plenty of time for late sleep-ins as I do not enjoy the mornings at all.

The weather in Perth has been pretty chilly lately, so it's been nice to be able to layer up a bit more. It makes an outfit look so much better in my opinion. I'm not quite ready to ditch my denim shorts yet so wearing stockings under them is the perfect way to warm them up for the cooler months.

Easter Break - Rose

Long weekends are the best, I have had such a great little break. I'm actually off to America in a couple of weeks to do a bit of traveling so most of my time was spent hanging out with my family and planning for my trip. I didn't realise how many little things there were to organise prior to leaving. Travel cards, visas, insurance, hotels, hostels and flights are just a few of the things that have been consuming my mind over the last few weeks. I can't wait to finally get on the plane and be able to explore a new country. 

Amongst the preparation, I did find some time to chill out at our Easter breakfast down by the beach. I am loving this cooler weather which has been making an appearance lately, I absolutely love winter fashion and can't wait to drown myself in beanies, coats and scarves. I am obsessed with my shaggy vest from SportsGirl, this piece will definitely be getting A LOT of wear this winter.

Breakfast and Goodbye - Rose

As you know by now, Stella has taken off across Australia to hit up Sydney for a while. Knowing we won't see each other for a few months we spent as much time as possible together on the lead up to her leaving.

We both LOVE breakfast so we went to one of our favorite spots Chinta as one of our final goodbye dates. It has such a cool vibe with all the miss match decor, we absolutely love it and the food is delicious. They sell a range of clothes, accessories and home wares too which are always beautiful and come in all these bright and fun colours. It's definitely a place everyone needs to check out if your in the Scarborough area, i'm sure you will love it as much as we do. 

As hard as it was to say goodbye to Stella, I am so happy and proud of her. She is so adventurous and I know she is going to have a great time.
